- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible landlord. Will no answer the phone, and takes his sweet time returning calls. Will not even respond back to emails asking him to send someone to fix something in the house. Not happy, terrible service and they hire the worst contractors to do house work, and they over charge and will add undisclosed amounts to your bill. I’ve had no good experiences with this company and would recommend not using this company.By nate assenheimer, February 18, 2018
